This was the first home in Colorado to install the new Water Furnace Envision Series Featuring: a dual stage compressor, a variable speed fan, desuperheater hot water, 80 gallon Rheem Marathon electric water heater, MERV 11 air filter (standard on Envision). The project required 600 feet of vertical drilling. It's an excellent example of loop field installation in a small front yard.

This home features three 5 ton Water Furnace Premier E-Series units featuring: dual stage compressors, variable speed fan and desuperheater hot water. Trane Clean Air Effects electronic air cleaners, Guardian Air UV lights, Honeywell humidifiers and 7 zones. The project required 3,000' total of vertical drilling for the loop fields.
